The host’s weight loss to match the Grammy winner’s figure-flattering attire left fans wondering how she managed to appear that amazing.
The veteran newsreader came clean about her daily low-calorie diet in the 2023 autumn issue of Allrecipes. For lunch, Savannah revealed, “Embarrassingly, I eat [the exact same thing] every single day of the week.” She was referring to her weekly Starbucks meal of turkey bacon, cheddar, and egg whites. There are only 230 calories and 5 grammes of fat in it.
Mediterranean cuisine has always been my favourite. “The combination of chicken shawarma, creamy hummus, and tzatziki sauce is absolutely mouth-watering,” Savannah gushed about the nutritious regional cuisine.
