Actress Sofía Vergara is the epitome of a bikini goddess. Whether she’s lounging on a beach or swimming, the Modern Family star isn’t shy about flaunting her perfect skin and attractive curves. The beach body didn’t come naturally to the Colombian native, though; she stays in shape with a regular fitness programme.
Sofía acknowledged the significance of exercise but admitted that she dislikes it in an interview with SELF magazine that took place in February 2017.
“I’m aging, and I know that it does make a difference and you can see it in the women and men that work out,” she said at the time. “Things start to change, and I’m like the only thing to do is go and take care of it.”
This isn’t the case for the Chef actress, though. Sofía mentioned that she usually changes up her exercise routine every six months or so, and that she was doing boxing when she was interviewed.
“My knees are so bad that I can’t do CrossFit or anything that requires jumping,” she said.
A nutritious diet, with an occasional “balance” of sweets, is another component to her slim body.
“I do eat a lot of fresh produce, and my family prepares its own meat,” Sofía stated. However, on weekends, I also enjoy desserts like ice cream. During the week, I make an effort to be self-controlled.
The America’s Got Talent judge recently spoke about how important sunscreen is for her complexion when she goes beachgoing.
She began by saying, “I started using sunscreen when I was very young on my face,” and then went on to say, “I regret not knowing that you should put it also on your chest and neck.”
From time to time, Sofía uploads bikini images to her Instagram account. Some of these photos even pertain to her time while living in Miami, Florida in the 1990s. Sofia relocated to Los Angeles later in her acting career from her sunny locale after coming to the U.S. in 1998.
With the hashtag “#tbt Miami” she accompanied a seductive, retro Instagram carousel photo from February 2022, clad in a camouflage two-piece.
Nevertheless, Sofía doesn’t limit herself to posting self-portraits on social media. After marrying Joe Manganiello in November 2015, she frequently shares photos of the two of them online. They seem very much in love; she often posts online about special occasions and anniversaries with the Magic Mike actor.
“Happy birthday, my wonderful husband!” In December of 2021, she published an Instagram post. Say it loud: “I love you!”
These seductive photos feature just her, however she occasionally posts ones of her hubby in his swimwear.
